Another show I feel fortunate to have been apart of...rigged the Iron Fist :-) Looking forward to its release this Friday!
Thrilled to have worked on some of the shots mentioned in the featured article on Arrow! Loved the show long before I began working on it :)
Honored to have been apart of this show! My responsibilities included rigging the Iron Fist (along with a few other CGI elements), and animated some of the hero shots in the series!
Tracer from Overwatch
Added a statue to my collection...really love the energy in this pose.
Great adaptation of Siegfried by Alex Alice...beautiful artwork.
Was a part of Digital Domain's awesome Previs team for this film...fun project!
Here's to the animation maestro, Hayao Miyazaki. If you haven't yet, make sure to check out Castle in the Sky, The Cat Returns, Lupin the Third: The Castle of Cagliostro, Princess Mononoke, etc...lol Study everything about these films, from character delineations and nuances to the way each story is masterfully told. If your goal is to become a great animator, Miyazaki's films should be a prerequisite, and something you look back on from time to time for inspiration.
This post is a "thank you" to Miyazaki and the amazing artists of Studio Ghibli for the effort and passion put in to make every work brilliantly entertaining.
[Painting by Albert Bierstadt, 1870]
Probably one of the best orchestrated works I've ever heard! Whenever I hear it, I think of an adventure within a Bierstadt painting, like the one above x)
A few of my favorite statues...glad DC released this Black and White series x)
Music resonates through all lifeforms...through all movement. The more we are in-tune with life's melody, the greater we will become as animators.
So thankful to have a career in animation.
