Really enjoyed the Wednesday series, and through some fan art together :D
Weekend project...This is my Cyber Catwoman concept. Was only going to animate a walk cycle, but decided to add a bit of style :)
Software: Maya, After Effects, Unreal, Procreate
Music: Number in My Phone - Unloved
Just a fun weekend project :)
Animated in Maya, Rendered in Unreal, Post FX added in AE...
Also used the awesome Ragdoll Dynamics plug-in from Marcus Ottosson for the character Catwoman is holding over the ledge :D
Music: Clockwork - Hyper
This was fun :D
Trying to spend more time in Procreate…
Rewatched the Symbiote Spider-man episodes of the 90’s animated series, which inspired this illustration..
Just wanted to try something new :)
Calling this done :) Took my auto-rig in Maya out for a spin. Had a lot of fun animating this. Simmed the cloth in Houdini. Rendered out of Unreal Engine 4.25 (time to move to 4.26)...found a cool 2d anime FX pack in Unreal's Marketplace, and couldn't say no lol Also did a bit post work in After Effects. Model: Scott Denton Concept: Alberto Camara

Wanted to spend more time in Unreal and thought I'd make the learning process interesting by working on a fan-made teaser of a concept I had in mind for Catwoman :) So I spent the last few months of 2020 working on this little teaser. Unreal Engine is amazing, and thank you, Epic Games, for providing this awesome tool. After experiencing the joys of rendering in real-time, there's no going back :D Really enjoyed every moment working on this, and hope to make more of these moving forward. Thanks for watching :)

Thanks for watching, and take care!
Wanted to do an Alembic test in UE4 and work on something artsy lol Did the peel sim w/ Vellum in Houdini. Camera animation and rendering was done in UE4... UE4 is amazing. Gotta love rendering in real-time :) Music: Crumb - Part III

Taking my Catwoman rig out for a spin [Preview Quality]. Really like Blender's rigging and animation tools :)

Blender 2.83 launches with an Open VDB importer…Thought I’d give it a go by simming smoke in Houdini 18 and importing it into Blender. Works great! :)
